Cleaner Splits. Faster Runs.

Dalbit Paceworks is an independent studio in Seoul building tools for speedrunners who take practice seriously. We make a timing and analytics application that doesn't just record your splits — it helps you understand them. Our focus is on repeatable practice, timing accuracy, and route clarity. Whether you are grinding a world record or refining a segment for a marathon, our route packs and analysis modules give you the structure to make every attempt count.

We started because we noticed a gap between raw split timers and the kind of feedback runners actually need during a practice session. A timer shows you how fast you were, but it doesn't tell you why you reset, which segment is unstable, or where you can safely push. Our tools fill that gap. We work directly with route researchers, community moderators, and runners who document their runs frame by frame. The result is a suite of modules that turn raw timing data into actionable insights — without bloated features or monthly subscription anxiety. You buy a route pack, you own it. You run your practice, you keep the data. Simple.

Route Packs for Structured Practice

Each route pack is a curated set of splits, notes, and checkpoints built for a specific game and category. They are designed to match how runners actually practice — not how a leaderboard is formatted. Packs include timing logic tuned to the route's movement, marked reset points, and optional notes for segment transitions. You can use them with our free splits viewer or unlock analysis modules for deeper review.

Moonbridge Any Percent

Intermediate pack focused on early movement consistency. Typical session length: 25 minutes. Supports splits, notes, and reset review. Ideal for runners who have the basic route down but need to iron out the opening segments. The pack flags common death zones and provides checkpoints for the first three transitions, where most time is lost.

Han River Dash Classic

Beginner-friendly pack targeting turn timing and checkpoint rhythm. Typical session: 18 minutes. Comes with starter splits and practice reminders. Designed to help new runners build muscle memory for the river section without overwhelming them with split points. The reminders nudge you to review the hardest turn every five attempts.

Analysis That Tells You Where to Improve

Our analysis modules attach to any route pack and give you specific metrics instead of vague averages. They are built for all skill levels — a beginner can use the same variance table as a top runner, because the data is the same, only the interpretation changes. No rating systems, no percentile noise. Just your runs, compared against themselves.

Split Health Report

Identifies unstable segments across your session. After each run, the module builds a variance table and a trend summary that highlights splits where your times fluctuate more than 5% from your personal best. Useful for spotting segments that need dedicated drills rather than full-route runs.

Reset Reason Tags

Track why attempts end. Assign custom tags to resets — death, wrong movement, input error, route deviation — and see a weekly count per tag. The module helps you identify whether you are resetting due to execution errors or route unfamiliarity. No manual logging: you tag during the cooldown screen, and the app aggregates it for review.

PB Compare Board

Compare your latest run against your personal best segment by segment. The delta view shows exactly where you gained or lost time compared to your best-ever performance. Best segment overlay displays which splits were personal records in the current run. Designed for post-session review when you want to know which parts of the run worked and which need attention.

Plan Your Practice with Purpose

The Practice Lane Builder lets you design repeatable drill sessions based on the weak points identified by the analysis modules. It is not a schedule generator — it is a queue builder. You select a route pack, choose a few segments that need work, and the app creates a drill queue with completion notes. You can reuse the same lane across multiple sessions and track whether your consistency improves over time.

Practice Lane Builder

Intermediate-level planning module for weekly drill sessions. Build drill queues from any route pack, add completion notes, and run the lane as many times as you need. The module stores your notes and allows you to compare completion rates across weeks. Works best when you have used Split Health Report or Reset Reason Tags to identify specific unstable segments.
